At Introscape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work for in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store.

Scope:

This policy applies to all purchases made within the Introscape iOS application, including credit packs and Lifetime Pro subscriptions.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for Lifetime Pro purchases. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund you in full - no questions asked.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We comply with all Apple guidelines while offering our own 30-day guarantee for Pro purchases.

Apple allows refund requests within 14 days of purchase for any reason through reportaproblem.apple.com

Our Extended Guarantee

For Lifetime Pro, we extend this to 30 days when you contact us directly at refunds@introscape.app

Consumable vs Non-Consumable

Credit packs are consumable (can't be refunded once used). Lifetime Pro is non-consumable (refundable anytime within guarantee period)

Family Sharing

Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Family Sharing is not available for credit packs but works for Lifetime Pro

Special Cases & Exceptions

Accidental Child Purchase

Eligible

If a child made an accidental purchase without parental consent

Recommended Action: Contact Apple immediately through reportaproblem.apple.com. Mention it was an accidental child purchase. Apple typically approves these quickly. Also enable 'Ask to Buy' in Family Sharing settings to prevent future incidents.

Technical Issues Preventing Use

Eligible

App crashes, features don't work, or technical problems make the app unusable

Recommended Action: First contact support@introscape.app to troubleshoot. If we can't fix it within 48 hours, we'll issue a full refund. Include screenshots/video of the issue and your device model + iOS version.

Duplicate Purchase

Eligible

You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a system error

Recommended Action: Email refunds@introscape.app with both purchase receipts. We'll verify and process a refund for the duplicate within 24 hours. This is typically Apple's error and they refund immediately.

Used Credit Packs

Not Eligible

You've already used credits from a credit pack purchase

Recommended Action: Credits are consumable items. Once used to activate calls, they cannot be refunded. However, if you experienced technical issues during paid calls, contact support@introscape.app and we'll add bonus credits.

Pro After Extensive Use

Not Eligible

Requesting Lifetime Pro refund after using 100+ calls over several weeks

Recommended Action: Our 30-day guarantee is for trying the app, not extended free use. Requests after heavy usage are reviewed case-by-case. If there's a genuine issue, contact refunds@introscape.app to discuss.

Changed Your Mind (Within Guarantee)

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have to request a refund?

For Lifetime Pro: 30 days through our direct guarantee, or 14 days through Apple. For credit packs: 14 days through Apple, but only if credits are unused. We recommend requesting as soon as you're unsure to stay within the window.

Can I get a partial refund for unused credits?

Unfortunately, no. Apple treats credit packs as single consumable purchases. You can only get a refund if you haven't used ANY credits from the pack. If you've used even 1 credit, the entire pack is considered consumed.

I purchased Pro but prefer to just buy credits. Can I switch?

Lifetime Pro cannot be 'downgraded' to credits, but you can request a refund within 30 days and then purchase credits instead. Email refunds@introscape.app to process this.

What if Apple denies my refund request?

If you're within our 30-day guarantee period for Lifetime Pro, contact refunds@introscape.app directly. We can process the refund on our end even if Apple denied it. For credit packs beyond 14 days, refunds are at Apple's discretion only.

How will I receive my refund?

All refunds are credited back to your original payment method used for the App Store purchase. This is typically your credit card, Apple Pay, or App Store balance. Refunds cannot be issued as cash or to a different payment method.

Will I lose my data if I get a refund?

No. Your app data, settings, and free credits remain intact after a refund. You'll simply lose access to Pro features (if you refunded Pro) or the purchased credits (if you refund unused credits). You can continue using the free version.

Can I get a refund if I violated the Terms of Service?

No. If your account was terminated or suspended for violating our Terms of Service (such as using the app for illegal activities, fraud, or harassment), you are not eligible for a refund.

Do you offer refunds for subscriptions?

Introscape does NOT have any subscriptions. Lifetime Pro is a ONE-TIME purchase with no recurring fees. This is one of our core promises - pay once, own forever. No subscriptions, ever.

Changes to This Policy

Notification: We will notify you of significant changes to this Refund Policy via email (if provided) or through an in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect.

Effective Date: Changes take effect 30 days after notification. Refund requests made before changes take effect are governed by the old policy.
