Open Introscape โ†’ Select a delay (15 sec to 10 min) โ†’ Choose a caller (Mom, Doctor, Office, Emergency) โ†’ Tap 'Activate Emergency Call'. Your phone will ring after the selected delay with a realistic incoming call screen.

No! Audio plays through your phone's EARPIECE (the small speaker at the top you use for regular calls), not the external speaker. Only you can hear it. This makes it completely realistic - just hold the phone to your ear like a normal call.
Yes! Custom audio files are stored LOCALLY on your iPhone using iOS secure storage. We NEVER upload your audio to our servers. The files are encrypted by iOS and only accessible by Introscape on your device. Delete the app and the files are permanently removed.
Introscape uses iOS CallKit technology to create realistic incoming call screens. This requires notification permissions to display the call interface at the scheduled time. Without this permission, calls cannot ring. Enable in Settings โ†’ Introscape โ†’ Notifications.
Yes! Once installed, Introscape works completely offline. You only need internet for: downloading the app initially, making purchases, and checking for updates. All call simulations work offline with pre-loaded audio.

Common Issues & Quick Fixes

Call doesn't appear on lock screen

Ensure notifications are enabled and Do Not Disturb is off.

    If you've purchased Pro or credits, tap 'Restore Purchases' in Settings to sync with Apple. This fixes most purchase-related issues.

    A full device restart often resolves CallKit and audio issues. Hold Power + Volume Down until 'Slide to Power Off' appears.

How to Request a Refund

Option 1: Request Through Apple (Fastest)

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com โ†’ Sign in with your Apple ID โ†’ Find your Introscape purchase โ†’ Click 'Report a Problem' โ†’ Select refund reason โ†’ Submit. Apple typically processes refunds within 48 hours. This works for purchases made within the last 90 days.

Option 2: Contact Our Support Team

Email refunds@introscape.app with: (1) Your order number/receipt, (2) Reason for refund request, (3) Apple ID email. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for Lifetime Pro. We'll review and respond within 48 hours with next steps.

What Qualifies for a Refund?

Eligible: Technical issues preventing app use, accidental purchases, not satisfied with Pro features (within 30 days). Not eligible: Used credits (after activating calls), purchases older than 30 days without technical issues, change of mind after extensive use (50+ calls).
