Before contacting support, please try these steps in order:
Force close Introscape by swiping up in the app switcher, then reopen it. This clears temporary glitches and refreshes the connection.
Go to iOS Settings โ Introscape and verify that Notifications are enabled. CallKit requires notification permissions to display incoming calls.
Ensure you're running iOS 16.6 or later. Go to Settings โ General โ About โ Software Version. Update if needed via Settings โ General โ Software Update.
If you've purchased Pro or credits, tap 'Restore Purchases' in Settings to sync with Apple. This fixes most purchase-related issues.
A full device restart often resolves CallKit and audio issues. Hold Power + Volume Down until 'Slide to Power Off' appears.
If all else fails, delete Introscape and reinstall from the App Store. Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID and will restore automatically.
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com โ Sign in with your Apple ID โ Find your Introscape purchase โ Click 'Report a Problem' โ Select refund reason โ Submit. Apple typically processes refunds within 48 hours. This works for purchases made within the last 90 days.
